At once refined and relaxed, the Borchert project is a home defined by restraint, warmth, and an unmistakable sense of ease. With architecture by Dan Ensminger, interiors by Bea Gates, and construction by Dunkum Homes, the house pairs modern Mediterranean influence with a softer, more contemporary sensibility. Natural materials, muted tones, curated contrasts, and beautifully considered sightlines give the home its calm, cohesive character, while a strong spirit of collaboration ensured that every element felt resolved from the outset. The result is a residence that feels timeless not because it follows a formula, but because it was designed with clarity, discipline, and the way its owners truly wanted to live.
